covering arkansas in continual prayer

Welcome to ArkansasPrays

My house shall be called a house of prayer. - Matthew 21:13

Imagine an Arkansas where Jesus is exalted at every hour of every day, where churches exchange their divisions for a chance to offer a united prayer to Jesus reaching every corner of the state. Imagine what could happen through such a movement. Great movements of God are always preceded by great movements of prayer.

ArkansasPrays is an opportunity for our churches to unite under a statewide vision of united prayer. This is a chance to become a collective “house of prayer” and expand the culture of prayer in our churches. May we believe together in the worth of Christ to be praised, and the importance of prayer to advance His kingdom in Arkansas.

I would like to invite your church to participate in this vision. Participating churches are asked to select a day out of the calendar year to cover in prayer in any of three commitment levels. Together we form a statewide community of churches linking together in an unbroken chain of prayer in Arkansas. Our prayers will ascend to heaven at every hour from every corner of our state.

  1. 24-hour Prayer: Organize your church into a chain of unbroken prayer from midnight to midnight on your committed day.

  2. Morning and Evening Prayer: Invite your staff and members to a special morning and evening corporate prayer gathering.

  3. Pray Where You Are: Encourage your staff and members to commit to pray individually throughout the day.

Please complete the online form to enlist your church. We will provide resources to help your church host your day of prayer and your church's event can be added to our public calendar. Encourage your prayer leaders and congregation to subscribe to the ArkansasPrays Newsletter to receive focused prayer resources with special contributions from Arkansas pastors and leaders.
